Absorbable Gelatin Sponge USP

Absorbable Gelatin Sponges USP are used for medical cleaning purpose. Made of gelatin and PP, these hemostatic sponges are accessible in irradiation sterilized form. White in color, these disposable sponges are Eco-friendly and recyclable. Absorbable Gelatin Sponges USP can be used in several ways. In their dry process based application, these gelatin sponges need to be applied on cleaned surface of wounded body part directly and then these should be covered with sterile gauge for suppressing bleeding. As per wet procedure, these sponges need to be soaked in saline water prior to their application on injured surface.
